La Galiciana – Santiago de Compostela – A mouthwatering experience

La Galiciana, a space that promises to change the conception of gastronomy in Santiago de Compostela. With Estrella Galicia beer and other craft beers from its portfolio and 16 varieties of food? Come on, it makes your mouth water.
After a bit more than a year of preparation, La Galiciana opens its doors. With two floors and about 1,200 square meters of space, the space has been arranged with a good interior design work. An aesthetic of industrial brush to which more and more locals are getting used to.
The top floor has a character, built for meetings and talks. The ground floor is more intimate. The long bars occupy the entire center of the ship, to enjoy the gastronomic experience, rounded off with a small perimeter reserved for concerts. The six vertical tanks from FIB Beer Systems, with a singular customization made by Estrella Galicia to match the atmosphere, are placed halfway between the floors on a scaffold to complete the ambiance.
La Galiciana has a variety that meets the most immediate culinary demands of today. Sixteen venues ranging from vegan food, sushi and the typically Galician product, to a firm of ice cream makers. Combine the Italian cuisine, home omelet, or Galician desserts with a Estrella Galicia beer from the central bar.
It is, in general, another way of understanding Galicia. In short, locals and visitors have been waiting for a place like that to open in Compostela. And now that it exists, you only have to discover it. And enjoy it, of course!
